Speaking at the conference, Secretary of the City Party Committee Dinh Tien Dung emphasized: Ring Road 4 - Capital Region is an important inter-regional belt route, connecting traffic between Hanoi and provinces in the Capital Region. The project's investment policy has been approved by the National Assembly with the total progress from investment preparation to project implementation from 2022, basically completed in 2026 and put into operation from 2027 .
