Establishment of a Steering Committee for the implementation of the Ring Road 4 construction investment project - Hanoi Capital Region

According to the Decision, the Steering Committee for the implementation of the Ring Road 4 Construction Investment Project - Hanoi Capital Region was established by Mr. Dinh Tien Dung, Politburo member, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly delegation. Hanoi City as the head of the committee.
 
The three deputy heads of the committee include Mr. Tran Sy Thanh, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee; Nguyen Anh Tuan, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Huu Nghia, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee.
 
Joining the Steering Committee are also Mr. Tran Quoc Van, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Huong Giang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh Province; Nguyen Trong Dong, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee; Duong Duc Tuan, Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee; Nguyen Hung Nam, Vice Chairman of Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee; Ngo Tan Phuong, Vice Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee.
